Aleesha young has solidly established herself in the professional bodybuilding industry as one of the top females. When she was born in 1984, Aleesha was born into an athletic family. While her dad was an athlete, the other siblings of Aleesha were also involved in activities like playing ice hockey. Aleesha also played various games like basketball, soccer, and softball before getting interested in bodybuilding when she was 15 or so. Aleesha obtained her professional license following her win at her first NPC USA Championships in 2014. The first time she began competing she did so in the year 2008. In 2014, the IFBB Wings of Strength PBW Tampa Pro saw her compete in the 9th place race. She maintained a ninth-place finish for the year 2015. Aleesha placed 6th in both 2015 and 2016 at the IFBB Wings Of Strength Rising Phoenix World Championships. Aleesha has steadily progressed and, in 2019, she brought the first professional title, at the Chicago Pro Championships. Her best WOS performance was in 2020. She placed fourth. However, "Worlds strongest mom" was forced to take a time off from bodybuilding due to health issues.
